Five9 is hiring an HR Applications Administrator to administer, configure, secure, test, integrate, support, and document its HR, payroll, and talent applications, primarily UKG Pro, with additional support for Deel, Greenhouse, and other HR systems. The role partners with HR, payroll, finance, business technology, information security, and vendor teams, and may support AI automation for hire-to-retire and payroll processes. It is a hybrid position based in Chennai or Bengaluru, India, requiring three office days per week and overlap with United States business hours.
