Description
The Enterprise Applications Administrator I supports the implementation, configuration, administration, upgrades, testing, and maintenance of Bankers Trust’s enterprise systems and client relationship management applications, including nCino, Salesforce, and Sandbox. The role works with business units, vendors, project managers, and automation teams to configure workflows, manage security and access controls, support users, maintain reporting and dashboards, and improve processes. A four-year college degree in a related field is preferred, while two or more years of relevant banking, retail, enterprise systems administration, or equivalent experience is required. The hiring base salary is $60,000–$70,000 plus an annual bonus, with group health, dental, and vision insurance and a hybrid work schedule potentially available.
