Description
The Enterprise Architect will design and maintain Enterprise Architecture, governance, application inventory, application registry, and CMDB strategies for Willis Towers Watson's Global Technology organization. Reporting to the Chief Architect, the role partners with ITSM architects, application teams, process owners, and enterprise leadership to align architecture with business objectives, ensure data integrity and compliance, lead architecture review boards, and drive automation and continuous improvement. The position is remote anywhere in the United States, requires a bachelor's degree and extensive enterprise IT service management and architecture experience, and offers a base salary of $150,000 to $225,000 USD annually plus an annual short-term incentive bonus.
