Google is hiring an Enterprise Architect to lead the introduction and governance of Business Process Modeling and Process Mining across Corporate Engineering. The role partners with engineering pillars to identify and execute process-improvement initiatives, establishes architectural standards and reusable design patterns, integrates process-mining tools with enterprise-architecture repositories, and translates workflow improvements into ROI metrics. The position requires a technical bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, 8 years of program-management experience, and 5 years of BPM and Process Mining experience, with preferred cross-functional stakeholder-management and technical-storytelling experience. The listed work locations are Austin, Texas; New York, New York; and San Jose, California, with compensation of $192,000–$278,000 USD plus a 20% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
