ProSidian is seeking an Enterprise Architect focused on Human Capital Technology Support and Business Analytics Support for a federal consulting engagement supporting the National Science Foundation and related OCHCO/OCIO modernization efforts. The role designs target-state architectures, integration and security standards, API-first solutions, and implementation roadmaps; supports HR technology ecosystems, workforce planning tools, regulatory compliance, and data-driven decision-making. It is a full-time exempt W2 position with no overtime pay, generally hybrid in Alexandria, Virginia, and across the Mid Atlantic Region, with U.S. citizenship required and no visa sponsorship.
