Description
This senior contractor-management role oversees assigned contractor and subcontractor personnel and coordinates enterprise architecture, data, infrastructure, cybersecurity, DevSecOps, and operational support activities. The position serves as the primary contractor point of contact for a directorate, manages technical teams and requirements, monitors risks and performance, supports Government financial and business processes, and maintains authority to make binding contractor decisions. It requires TS/SCI clearance eligibility, an active PMP certification, and experience leading complex technical and federal IT programs.
