Description
The Enterprise Change Management Advisor will lead change management activities for large-scale organizational transformation initiatives, including strategy development, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness assessments, adoption planning, workshops, coaching, and adoption monitoring. The role requires at least five years of change management experience, experience in healthcare, research, or academic environments, enterprise project experience, and either Prosci Certified Change Practitioner or ADKAR certification.
