NATO seeks a highly skilled Enterprise Cloud Expert Support Services professional to bolster the Cyber and Digital Transformation (CDT) Division's cybersecurity posture. This role involves analyzing, coordinating, and developing strategies to enhance the NATO Enterprise's cybersecurity and Cloud capabilities, focusing on risk assessments, security accreditation, and continuous assurance. The expert will ensure secure design and implementation of cloud-based solutions, manage stakeholder engagement, and communicate effectively to various NATO committees and working groups.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Comprehensive knowledge of computer communications security, networking, and vulnerabilities.
Demonstrated experience in securing cloud-based environments.
Proven senior experience in cloud security engineering, including architecture and implementation of security controls in complex enterprise environments.
Experience in managing or delivering cybersecurity programs across multiple focus areas like incident response, risk management, and cyber defense.
Proven experience in cyber risk management, enterprise risk management, or security governance.
Demonstrable experience in vulnerability analysis and risk assessment, mapping technical findings to business or operational impact.
Demonstrated experience in operating in environments with cross-functional teams and complex reporting structures.
Strong English writing and speaking communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex cybersecurity concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Relevant project management skills and experience in industry or governmental cyber defense.
Ability to analyze complex cybersecurity specifications and translate them into clear, actionable requirements or standards artifacts.
Experience coordinating work across multiple stakeholders (technical and executive), including facilitation, negotiation, prioritization, and production of decision briefs.
Knowledge of relevant risk/security frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001/27005, NIST, or equivalent) and the ability to apply them practically in cloud contexts.
Strong security-focused and analytical mindset, with attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of NATO Security Policy and its supporting Directives.
Knowledge of the NATO Digital Policy Committee.
