Description
HDR is hiring a people and service leader to own enterprise connectivity service delivery and operational performance across datacenter edge, office LAN/WAN, branch networking, wireless, firewall, and public/private cloud connectivity. The role manages connectivity engineering teams, service governance, vendors, budgets, operational risk, and service improvement while supporting 24/7 operations through on-site work, standard daytime shifts, and scheduled on-call availability. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least 10 years of related network or infrastructure experience, and at least 3 years leading technical teams or service domains.
