Africa Global Logistics Rwanda Limited is hiring a permanent Enterprise Content Developer to support the deployment and continuous evolution of its MERGE enterprise content management platform in Kigali, Rwanda. The role involves configuring M-Files vaults, metadata, workflows, permissions, document lifecycles, templates, and AI/OCR capabilities; developing low-code applications; integrating with ERP, TMS, CRM, HR, and finance systems; testing, troubleshooting, deployment, and release management; gathering business requirements; and providing Level 2 and Level 3 support. The position requires a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, experience with M-Files and enterprise content management systems, low-code platforms, workflow automation, SQL, APIs, OCR/AI technologies, Azure, and Power BI, along with professional English proficiency.
