Description
The posting describes a tool-building role responsible for Project Glasswing, desktop tools, enterprise developer tools, and deployment of Copilot across a bank. The role supports Python, C#, .NET, and Rust, and seeks candidates who build tools rather than merely use them, demonstrate intellectual humility, and can acknowledge when they do not know something. The employer is not explicitly named; the posting references Visa and banking, but does not clearly establish Visa as the hiring organization.
