Description
Profound is hiring an Engagement Manager to lead the AI search program for a portfolio of 25 to 35 enterprise customers. The role owns customer onboarding, implementation, adoption, strategic business reviews, stakeholder relationships, measurable outcomes, and ongoing engagement, while partnering with Sales, Product, and Engineering. Candidates need at least four years of enterprise customer experience in customer success, account management, or consulting, along with communication, analytical, project management, and search or marketing industry experience. The role is on-site in New York City, San Francisco, Boston, London, or Singapore, with a base salary range of $110,000 to $200,000 in New York City before variable compensation.
