Traba is hiring an Enterprise Growth Operations professional to drive growth for its AI product Neo. The role owns the GTM motion, prospects and closes six- to seven-figure partnerships with logistics and manufacturing businesses, develops market and customer insights, supports AI product deployment and WMS integrations, and manages relationships with existing clients. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 4–8 years of relevant experience, and strong analytical and communication skills. It is based onsite in New York City five days per week and offers $240,000 in total cash compensation plus equity, with 100% paid health, dental, and vision coverage.
