MaintainX is hiring an Enterprise Implementation Consultant to partner with enterprise customers through complex, multi-phase software implementations. The role leads customer interactions, manages expectations and multiple accounts, delivers training and knowledge transfer, troubleshoots issues, and collaborates with internal teams to drive adoption and long-term customer success. Candidates should have relevant enterprise implementation or customer onboarding experience, experience managing complex implementations and stakeholder groups, a BEng degree or equivalent experience, and strong communication, client relationship, and project-management skills.
