Description
PNC is hiring an Enterprise Infrastructure Manager for its Voice Engineering organization, based in Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Dallas, or Birmingham. The role leads the enterprise voice engineering team and is responsible for day-to-day people management, architecture alignment, platform stability, production support, and strategic transformation initiatives across voice technologies such as VoIP, SIP, Teams Voice, CUCM, Genesys, and Avaya. The position requires strong infrastructure, IT architecture, security, and management experience, with at least 8+ years of industry experience and 5+ years of prior management experience; it is in-office and does not offer visa sponsorship or STEM OPT participation.
