The Enterprise MIS & Performance Analyst provides reporting and analytical support for enterprise operations by producing national and zonal dashboards, maintaining consistent and accurate management information, tracking productivity, reconciling reporting definitions, identifying data and performance anomalies, and supporting forecasts, management packs, and performance governance. The role requires 4–7+ years of relevant MIS, performance analytics, business finance support, sales operations, or commercial analytics experience, along with strong Excel/BI skills and the ability to communicate complex performance information to management.
