Freddie Mac is hiring an Enterprise Operational Control Testing Manager to lead operational control and compliance testing across the firm, with a focus on finance activities. The role performs control design and operating-effectiveness testing, reviews test workpapers, guides testers, manages GRC data, identifies process improvements and testing automation opportunities, and supports enterprise self-testing initiatives. It is a full-time onsite position in McLean, Virginia, requiring a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least 8 years of overall experience including 5 years in control testing or audit, and 2 years of management experience. The annualized market-based salary range is $125,000 to $187,000, with eligibility for an annual incentive program.
