C3EL is hiring an Enterprise Operations Center Specialist - Junior to support the Department of Transportation Headquarters’ 24x7x365 Enterprise Operations Center in Washington, D.C. The role monitors systems for events and alerts, coordinates resolutions, identifies problem areas, and applies technical procedures. Candidates must be U.S. citizens, obtain a Public Trust clearance, and have at least two years of related enterprise operations center technical support experience; a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
