Description
The Enterprise Operations Engineer II will support Mastercard’s cloud operations by participating in 24x7 shifts, monitoring infrastructure, responding to incidents, troubleshooting servers and services, handling escalations, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining SLAs and operational standards, contributing to runbooks and documentation, and preparing reports. The role requires AWS, Linux, incident management, networking, security, and monitoring knowledge, with Docker, Kubernetes, and scripting experience preferred.
