Blacksmith is hiring an Enterprise Product Manager to make its CI infrastructure, agent sandboxes, and coding agent enterprise-ready. The role owns the enterprise roadmap, security, auditability, compliance, networking, identity, administration, APIs, cost attribution, and packaging and pricing, while partnering with engineering and sales to address enterprise procurement and security reviews. The position requires experience with enterprise capabilities, CI/CD, cloud networking, compute platforms, and enterprise buyers, along with AI-native productivity habits.
