Mars Snacking Australia is hiring an Enterprise Program Manager to lead and execute cross-functional projects spanning new product innovation, seasonal product launches, customer-specific activations, packaging and supply-chain changes, renovations, and business transformation. The role manages project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, stakeholder alignment, and performance, with early-career candidates expected to develop ownership of increasingly complex initiatives under senior EPM guidance. A bachelor's degree is preferred, project management experience is desirable, and at least two years of cross-functional team experience is required.
