The role supports strategic transformation, fund launches, target operating models, service provider onboarding, data integration, process optimisation, compliance, and local Italian investment and operational processes. Candidates should have a relevant university degree, at least five years of consulting or investment-management experience, strong stakeholder and communication skills, and fluency in Italian and English. The position offers a gross salary of €60,000 to €75,000 and a hybrid work arrangement.
