MFS is hiring an Enterprise Risk Business Partner to serve as the subject matter expert for AI governance, AI risk assessment, and AI risk mitigation across the organization. The role will operationalize AI risk management practices, assess AI and emerging technology risks and controls, monitor regulatory expectations, advise senior stakeholders, support Finance and Fund Treasury, prepare executive risk reporting, and lead risk education and assessments for major initiatives. The position requires 6–8 years of relevant risk, investment management, financial services, or compliance experience and offers a hybrid work environment with a base salary of $110,000–$158,500.
