Institutional digital asset platform seeking an Enterprise Risk Manager to own and run the group enterprise risk framework across regulated entities in the United Kingdom, Jersey, and Abu Dhabi. The role sits in the Second Line of Defence and focuses on RCSA delivery, risk register and control catalogue integrity, KRI design, committee reporting, operational risk events, and acting as product owner for risk technology and change. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree, 6 to 10 years of risk management experience in regulated financial services, and strong knowledge of ERMF, three-lines-of-defence governance, GRC tooling, and risk methodologies.
