Erias Ventures is hiring a Data Engineer to lead the reliability, uptime, and delivery of mission-critical data sets for a customer-facing Data Operations team. The role manages data pipelines, observability, performance tuning, quality governance, distributed messaging, orchestration, cloud environments, and technical communication with customers. It requires an active Secret U.S. Government Security Clearance, U.S. citizenship, and extensive experience in technical operations, systems engineering, or data management, with a Fort Meade, Maryland customer-site schedule of four to five days per week. The expected salary range is $150,000 to $250,000, with medical, vision, and dental benefits.
