Boston Consulting Group is hiring an Enterprise Services GenAI Deployment Senior Manager to partner with Enterprise Services service lines on identifying, designing, deploying, and scaling GenAI-enabled solutions. The role is hands-on and embedded within operational service lines, requiring collaboration with product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into AI workflows, drive adoption, measure value, and develop repeatable deployment methodologies. Candidates need at least seven years of experience in operations transformation, process improvement, consulting, product deployment, business technology, or related fields, along with experience in AI, automation, workflow technologies, or digital transformation, and a bachelor’s degree.
