Arctiq is hiring a full-time Enterprise Solution Architect to serve as a technical pre-sales resource, working with Client Directors to identify customer needs and develop integrated solutions across security, hybrid cloud, networking, data and AI, autonomous operations, and service management. The role involves customer discovery, solution architecture, proposal and RFP development, technical presentations, pricing and ROI discussions, delivery handoffs, post-sale support, and go-to-market strategy. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, at least eight years of enterprise architecture, solution consulting, or pre-sales engineering experience, relevant certifications, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and full bilingual English and French fluency.
