Description
The Enterprise Solution Architect analyzes business requirements across purchasing, category management, customer service, e-commerce, and omnichannel operations; develops solution concepts, architecture diagrams, processes, data flows, and data models; supports implementation from a functional perspective; identifies process weaknesses and automation opportunities; and coordinates business units, IT, project management, and external partners. The role requires several years of experience in an Enterprise Solution Architect or comparable e-commerce role, knowledge of e-commerce systems and interfaces, technical communication skills, and fluency in German and English. It is a permanent full-time position with onboarding in Dresden or Bad Homburg and a hybrid work model.
