Benchling is hiring an Enterprise Solutions Architect to partner with biotechnology and pharmaceutical customers, translate their IT strategy into Benchling solutions, lead end-to-end enterprise implementation projects, guide digital transformation, and establish solution and data architecture standards. The role requires 5–10+ years of biotechnology or pharmaceutical experience and scientific software implementation experience, along with strong communication, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills. It offers a flexible hybrid arrangement with employees expected to be on-site three days per week.
