ElevenLabs is hiring a Solutions Engineer to scale technical solutions for its voice AI platform across enterprise customers. The role involves collaborating with Account Executives, providing bespoke technical support and solution architecture, delivering product demonstrations, creating technical enablement resources, building self-service tools and documentation, and identifying integrations to productize. Candidates should have a strong technical background, customer experience, Python proficiency, and strong communication skills. The role is remote-first from anywhere in Canada, with a preference for Toronto and regular customer on-site travel.
