GuideWell is hiring an Enterprise Strategy Director to build and lead its in-house strategy team, serving as an embedded strategy advisor to a business segment or P&L. The role owns strategic agendas, leads end-to-end engagements, directs analysts, develops talent, and presents decision-ready recommendations to business-unit and enterprise leaders and, where relevant, the Board. It requires 12–16 years of experience, including 12+ years in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a comparable role, along with 5+ years leading teams and a bachelor’s degree. The position offers an annualized salary range of $180,000–$292,500 and includes medical, dental, vision, life, and global travel health insurance.
