Description
The Enterprise Success Engineer serves as the primary technical partner for mid-market and enterprise customers, supporting late-stage sales, onboarding, migrations, scaling, and long-term operations. The role provides consultative guidance on Laravel, deployment workflows, infrastructure, performance, and customer health; resolves complex issues; creates client-facing documentation; and relays customer feedback to Product and Engineering. It is fully remote within the APAC region, may require occasional travel, and requires at least two years of client-facing experience, Laravel experience, and knowledge of web applications and cloud infrastructure.
