Description
The Systems Manager will lead the design, implementation, integration, testing, launch, and ongoing operation of an electric two-wheeler client’s ERP, CRM, Dealer Management System, and related digital platforms. The role manages business requirements, system roadmaps, ERP and CRM processes, dealer systems, integrations, data quality, vendor performance, cybersecurity, access controls, training, user adoption, and budgets, while coordinating with business functions, JV partners, and external vendors. It is an onsite position in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, requiring a bachelor’s degree and at least eight years of enterprise systems or business-system implementation experience.
