Global Relay is hiring an Enterprise Technical Implementation Specialist to execute technical onboarding and service implementation for enterprise customers. The role involves provisioning and configuring archiving, email, SAML, SSO, directory sync, and multi-tenant services; resolving customer issues; validating compliance; managing high-profile implementations; and supporting product releases and knowledge documentation. The position requires 5+ years of technical enterprise systems administration experience, including 2+ years of SaaS implementation experience in a customer-facing role, and offers a base salary of $90,000–$150,000 USD with 24x7 follow-the-sun coverage.
