Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Engagement Manager or Project Lead-equivalent experience in strategy consulting
8+ years in a high-impact internal strategy, transformation, or business operations role at a leading global company.
Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder transformations from problem definition through implementation – with clear accountability for business outcomes.
Outstanding communication and people management skills, with the ability to drive impact through influence.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including translating data into actionable insights.
Exposure to enterprise-scale transformation across multiple functional domains – including GTM, product, operations, and technology.
Background in enterprise SaaS, technology, or digital transformation environments preferred.
