SAI360 is hiring a full-time Enterprise Transformation Manager to lead strategic transformation, portfolio governance, executive decision-making, cross-functional execution, and AI adoption initiatives. The role partners with executive leadership, manages project health and KPIs, coordinates workstreams, and establishes governance processes and operating models. Candidates need at least five years of enterprise project, program, transformation, PMO, or portfolio governance experience, with AI governance, change management, and startup experience preferred. The position offers a base salary of $130,000 to $150,000 USD annually plus a target 10% bonus and a hybrid work environment.
