Description
The Entertainment Manager will oversee game technicians and WIN items and logistics, repair and maintain games, control entertainment costs, manage inventory of spare parts and redemption items, and supervise hiring, training, and performance evaluation. The role requires management, customer service, technology, and video-game industry knowledge, along with a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Services, Marketing, or Systems, and conversational Spanish and English. It is a full-time on-site position in Nuevo Polanco.
