Description
The Enthusiastic Wine Professional supports daily wine-shop operations by providing customer service, recommending wines and spirits, building customer relationships, maintaining displays, supporting tastings and special events, assisting with inventory and distributor relationships, and training team members. The role reports to the Wine Shop Manager, may supervise team members, and requires 3–5 years of wine-business experience, a formal vendor tasting event, and WSET certification or certification in progress. The hourly rate is $20–$25 based on experience and qualifications.
