AlphaSense is hiring an Entitlement Analyst for its growing India team to support global sales teams with content authorization requests. The role involves processing authorization requests, collaborating with sales teams and broker partners, resolving customer queries, tracking request progress and CRM communications, improving customer satisfaction, suggesting process improvements, and assisting with special projects. The position requires customer-support experience, strong organizational and analytical skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and preferably Salesforce or other CRM experience.
