Description
The Entitlements Case Manager provides fee-for-service case management for clients with co-occurring mental health and substance use needs across Lighthouse Behavioral Health Center, Community Wellness Outpatient Mental Health Center, and the Community Wellness Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program. The role assists clients with Medicaid, SNAP, SSI/SSDI, housing, employment, education, and other benefits; conducts assessments, case management sessions, documentation, care coordination, and crisis or safety interventions. It is available as a part-time W-2 employee or a part-time 1099 independent contractor, with compensation ranging from $50,000 to $100,000 annually for the W-2 arrangement and $30–$45 per hour for the PRS/HHCM contractor assignment. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, Maryland licensure or certification in a behavioral health discipline, and at least two years of relevant experience.
