Description
The Entitlements Coordinator administers and maintains Federal, State, and local public benefits for people supported by ADAPT Community Network and its affiliates. The role coordinates applications, eligibility verification, renewals, recertifications, documentation, agency communications, and benefit continuity across residential admissions and ongoing service delivery, while collaborating with Residential Directors, Finance, Admissions, Care Management, and other teams. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a related field, at least one year of public-benefits or entitlement-program experience, knowledge of programs such as Social Security, Medicaid, and SNAP, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and database systems. Compensation is $59,000-$68,000 annually plus industry-leading benefits.
