Project Renewal is hiring an Entitlement’s Specialist for its Willow Tree Residence, a 130-unit supportive housing program in East Midtown Manhattan. The role coordinates government and third-party compliance during lease-up, reviews housing applications, determines eligibility, processes subsidies and income certifications, manages intake and move-in processes, maintains rent-account data, tracks rent and subsidy payments, serves as a liaison to entitlement programs and fiscal offices, and supports lease renewals and tenant issues. The position requires Low Income Housing Tax Credit certification, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, rental subsidy and LIHTC experience, communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and knowledge of case management and property management databases.
