The role involves coordinating entity management tasks with global teams and clients, ensuring client data is accurate, maintaining entities in good standing through timely annual reporting, monitoring entity status, and improving workflows. The position is suited to an organized, detail-oriented professional with strong critical thinking, written and verbal communication skills, and 1–2 years of experience in a professional services environment; Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook knowledge is preferred.
