Diligent is hiring an Entity Management Specialist to support the US compliance angle of its entity management solution. The role translates US corporate compliance and filing requirements into actionable product requirements, conducts discovery, documents requirements, tracks regulatory changes, and collaborates with Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, and customers. It requires at least five years of corporate paralegal experience, Certified Paralegal certification, knowledge of US corporate compliance, Diligent Entities proficiency, and strong requirements-gathering and communication skills. The position follows a hybrid model requiring onsite work at least 50% of the time at a Diligent office location.
