Atira is hiring a generalist internship for a fast-growing team in Munich. The role is intentionally flexible and may focus on go-to-market and business development, strategy and operations, or people and talent, with the intern expected to own real problems and move business numbers. Candidates should have intrinsic motivation, a demonstrated ability to build and ship something, intellectual honesty, German and English proficiency, and availability for at least three months of full-time, on-site work in Munich. The program includes a first call, a case study, and a founder conversation, with compensation and a high-performing culture mentioned.
