Estoras Group is hiring a remote Managing Director / Operating Partner for Motor Gear Trader, a marketplace for buying and selling pre-owned recreational vehicles and power-sports gear. The role is a performance-based partnership with no salary or guaranteed income, requiring an entrepreneur who can generate revenue, develop commercial relationships, build systems, and scale a marketplace. Responsibilities include strategy, marketplace growth, product and technical oversight, budgeting, forecasting, team building, partnerships, and operating performance. Compensation may include commissions, revenue share, gross-margin participation, project or delivery income, profit participation, and milestone-based equity or ownership, subject to written terms.
