AbbVie is hiring a full-time, fixed-term Trainee - Technical Development Program for its Ludwigshafen site. The three-year program is designed for university graduates and young professionals to develop technical and leadership skills across AbbVie Operations, including manufacturing, engineering, quality assurance, supply chain, technical operations, and operational excellence. Participants will rotate through relevant functions, receive mentoring and training, and serve as a team lead in a shift system for 18 months. The role requires a technical or scientific university degree, preferably a master’s, practical experience in a manufacturing or technically oriented environment, advanced German and English language skills, and strong teamwork and leadership potential.
