AbbVie is hiring a full-time, fixed-term Trainee - Technical Development Program for its Ludwigshafen site. The three-year program is designed for university graduates and young professionals to gain experience across AbbVie Operations, including manufacturing, engineering, quality assurance, supply chain, technical operations, and operational excellence, while developing leadership skills through rotations, mentoring, and team-lead experience.
