Ericsson is hiring a newly graduated baseband software engineer in Lund, Sweden, to help build the first 6G product. The role involves developing real-time C and C++ baseband software for the physical layer, uplink and downlink processing, and multi-core DSPs; adapting 5G baseband functionality for 6G; working against evolving 3GPP specifications; and contributing to feature development, design, testing, and code analysis. Candidates should have an MSc in a relevant engineering or computer science field, strong C or C++ and mathematics skills, and the ability to work on problems where the answer is not yet known.
