The role involves setting up, assembling, and repairing devices, performing quality and SPC checks, handling materials, and supporting environmental procedures. The position requires standing for up to eight hours, hand and mental agility, attention to detail, consistent overtime, and proficiency with hand or power tools. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED; previous manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred. The schedule is 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with an hourly rate of 19.80 and eligibility for a variable incentive program.
